Welcome to Mole Class!

My name is Miss Mahmood.  I will be your teacher in Mole Class.

My favourite subject to teach is English because I love reading the fantastic stories that children write. When I’m not at school, I enjoy going for long walks in nature, spending time with my family, and snuggling up on the sofa with a good book and my cat, Buddy. I am also learning how to cook and bake, and I love trying out new recipes (even if they don’t always turn out perfectly!).

In Year 2, we’ll go on some exciting learning adventures together! We’ll journey deep into the Amazon Rainforest, become engineers as we design and build bridges and ships inspired by Brunel, travel back in time to discover the story of the Great Fire of London, and get creative by helping to create our very own Fairytale Garden at school.
